Just got an E-Mail the other day from VCI for their latest newsletter and saw an announcement that has got me pumped and impatient. Now release date has been set yet but VCI will be putting out both The Green Hornet (1939) and The Green Hornet Strikes Again (1940). Woot! I love the character (Keye Luke as Kato rules!) and these serials were great, plus the new DVD version of The Green Hornet should prove to be much cleaner than the VHS version they put out in the nineties. I’m already saving up right now for these suckers! Now if only they would put out Zombies of the Stratosphere (1952) so I could finally have all three Rocketman serials on DVD.
